Venkat Prabhu has earlier confirmed officially that he is going to do his next film with Suriya and it will be a 3D film. But latest is he has roped in Karthi to commence his next and the movie is titled as Biriyani.
It is being touted that Karthi has replaced Suriya, but Venkat Prabhu clears the air saying “The 3D venture with Suriya as the lead is all alive and it will hit the floors after the star is done with his KV Anand’s Maatraan and Singham 2 with Hari.” Venkat Prabhu is all set to cook Biriyani from August, which has a tag line ‘A Venkat Prabhu’s Diet’.
Kollywood tinsel town abuzz that Venkat Prabhu would rope in Samantha, Ileana or Parineeti Chopra to pair opposite Karthi in this comedy film. Yuvan Shankar Raja will be composing music tunes and BGM for Biriyani, while Sakthi Saravanan will take care of cinematography, Stunt by Silva and editing will be handled by Praveen KL among the technical crew.
