Leading USA distributors, ATMUS Entertainments has recently announced the tentative release dates of upcoming Tamil films, whose rights are bought by them. List includes Vanakkam Chennai, Naiyaandi, All in All Azhaguraja, Biriyani, Endrendrum Punnagai, Veeram and Jilla.
As per the press release of ATMUS Entertainments:
October 11: Red Giant Movies producing Vanakkam Chennai directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi starring Shiva and Priya Anand with Anirudh Ravichander’s music. Along with Sargunam directed Naiyaandi starred by Dhanush and Nazriya Nazim with music by M. Ghibran.
Diwali Release: Karthi-Kajal Agarwal’s All in All Azhaguraja directed by M. Rajesh and music by SS Thaman in the production of KE Gnanavelraja’s Studio Greens banner.
November: Ahmed directed Endrendrum Punnaghai that casts Jeeva, Trisha, Vinay Rai, Snathanam in the leads and scores by Harris Jayaraj.
Pongal Release: Ajith’s Veeram with Tamanna and Santhanam in the direction of Siruthai Siva and music & bgm by Devi Sri Prasad [DSP] along with Karthi, Hansika and Premgi Amaren starred Venkat Prabhu directed Biriyani with music scores by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
February: Debutant director Nesan’s Jilla casting Ilayathalapathy Vijay, Mohanlal, Kajal Agarwal, Mahat Raghavendra in the leads with D. Imman’s musicals.
According to the ATMUS Entertainments and recent reports by director Nesan, Vijay’s Jilla is still in starting stages of shoots and has many important sequences to be filmed. Whereas they could only reveal the exact release date of Jilla after the movie wraps schedules, which clears Jilla is back from 2014 Pongal race.
