Genelia has denied reports that she had squabbles with Hanshika Motwani over sharing the screen for Velayudham. The movie has both actresses romancing Vijay.
Denying it as rumor, Genelia said that she plays a city girl in the film while Hansika dons the character of a village belle. The characters are so different, so the question of competition did not arise on the Velayutham sets, states Genelia.
