Bollywood’s young actresses’ lot also has a starry name in the name of Sonam Kapoor who is often known as a fashionista. But despite of her young age and her fashion-centric image she has been doing roles which are far from the bubbly and peppy Sonam. All her films from ‘Saawariya’ to ‘I Hate Luv Stories’, ‘Delhi 6’ and ‘Mausam’ despite of having Sonam playing her age, she was seen in a very de-glam and serious looks. And when quizzed Sonam about it, she shuns the possibilities of intentionally picking up for herself. She says that she has never been offered funny and quirky roles and she can’t help it if people see her in a serious light. She further stated that she is looking forward to do the commercial cinema and wants to do more dance and song sequences. She says that she even wants to do item numbers and is dying to revive her image.
