Director Neelakanta who is known for making films with very less commercial elements seems to be on track now. He is soon going to direct a youthful entertainer with Varun Sandesh in the lead. The film is produced by DS Rao, who produced Mr Nokia and soon to be released Pilla Zamindar under Sri Sailendra Movies banner.
Recently, Neelakanta has directed a film titled Virodhi which features Srikanth and Kamalini Mukherjee in the lead roles. This movie is based on naxalism and has received widespread critical acclaim. Varun Sandesh is currently busy with his new film Priyudu, which is nearing completion.
