Amidst commercial cliches and run-of-the-mill-stuffs comes Ambuli, a 3D film in Tamil. Perhaps after 30 years, a three dimensional movie is being made in Tamil.
The director duo of Hari Shankar and Hareesh Narayan, who combined to give a thriller in Era team up again for Ambuli.
Touted as India’s first stereoscopic 3D film, it has a host of newcomers sharing the screen with veterans like Parthiban, Thambi Ramiah and Kalairani.
We wanted to give something new to the audience. It is very rare to do 3D films in this part of the country. We took it asd a challenge and started Ambuli’, the duo says.
Parthiban played an interesting role in the film.
The movie produced by KTVR Loganaathan, has music by four different music composers – K Venkat Prabu Shankar, Sam C S, Sathish and Mervin Solomon.
