Aamir Khan, the actor extraordinaire and the man with the Midas Touch, turns 47 today. He’s going to have a very busy birthday.
The superstar is presently busy with his upcoming TV show and his birthday today on March 14 is going to be spent being occupied in work. According to a source, Aamir would have taken an off on Wednesday and spent quality time with his newborn son Azad and wifey Kiran Rao, but the fire that gutted the sets of his show a few months back has put the shooting schedule out of gear and the actor has to be on his toes to make sure that the show is complete on time.
That said, Aamir Khan will spend some time with his family today. There is also a possibility that Kiran Rao might throw a low-key dinner party in the evening. Kiran is known to be a good cook and she might hit the kitchen and rustle up a few sumptuous dishes. Even some close friends might be invited to the dinner.
Aamir Khan, who is a league in himself and a standard of excellence for Bollywood stars, is known to plough his own furrow. He shuns award functions, isn’t exactly a part of the mainstream, has an acumen to pick right scripts, and turns everything he does into a labour of love.
