A new twist has come in the FEFSI strike that was almost coming to an end as everyone is now pointing finger towards director Ameer as the reason for the new deadlock!
The FEFSI workers stalled the shoot of Karthi’s film ‘Alex Pandian’ by not co-operating the producer Gnanavelraja of Studio Green who is producing the movie as he had entangled with director Ameer in the issue of his film ‘Paruthiveeran’. The workers brought the shoot to a complete halt in support of Ameer as he had supported them in the tug-of-war with the Producers’ Council.
Gnanavelraja approached the Council and now the council has initiated action against Ameer and it is said that the Distributors Council and the Theatre Owners Association have also decided not to co-operate with Ameer’s future films and this has put Ameer in a new trouble.
With this the almost ending FEFSI – Producers’ Council standoff could also be revived and again the industry could come to a halt now!
