Earlier, few reports suggested that Bollywood actor Vidya Balan has been roped in to play the female lead of Sudhir Mishra’s most ambitious project ‘Mehrunissa’. However, the national award winning actor never confirmed the news on her part. Instead, Vidya stated that she has yet to read the script and later will finalize everything according to her dates.
The 33-year-old has been a crowd puller to the theatres after delivering two back to back hits ‘The Dirty Picture’ and ‘Kahaani’ and that’s the reason every filmmaker is eyeing on to work with her. Vidya is now gearing up to feature in Emraan Hashmi starrer ‘Ghanchakkar’ that is reportedly a comic flick.
Vidya has earlier asserted that she is looking forward to work with Mishra. Veteran actors Rishi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan would be playing male leads to the film directed by Nikhil Advani.
