While several actors like Irrfan Khan and Amitabh Bachchan are supporting actor Shah Rukh Khan over the detention episode that happened during the actor’s trip to Yale University at New York airport, actor John Abraham is an exception as he reveals that detention was done for security reasons of the country and there’s nothing wrong.
John also requested media not to hype the issue and even revealed that he too had experienced such circumstances in the past. Apparently, John was even detained at US in 2009. He was kept waiting at airport by the FBI officials who suspected the 38-year0old actor for having Afghanistan as on the his recently visited countries on is passport.
Nevertheless, the ‘Jism’ star was released soon after the proceedings were completed.
