The cast and crew of Kochadaiyaan flew to kerala to shoot important scenes for the second schedule of the movie.
Scenes involving Rajnikanth and Deepika Padukone are being shot in Kerala in the coming days.
Rajnikanth's daughter Soundarya is directing the movie under the supervision of director-actor K S Ravikumar.
Besides Rajinikanth and Deepika, the cast includes actor R. Sarath Kumar, Shobana, Nassar and Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff, the statement said.
