Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar’s name has been long connected with Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s upcoming release Ferrari Ki Sawaari.
Sachin has hit the headlines in Bollywood after it was rumoured that he would do a cameo in the film. But, now it looks like Sachin is connected with Ferrari Ki Sawaari in some other way.
Reports suggest that Sachin has turned down the offer of doing a cameo in the film. But, the cricketer has allowed Vidhu to use his name in the promos of the film.
A spokesperson of Vidhu Vinod Chopra Productions informed a daily that Sachin Tendulkar’s name will be used in place of Sanjay Dutt’s name.
It must be noted that Tendulkar is the only Indian cricketer who owns a Ferarri.The story of the film revolves around a boy who is inspired by a cricket legend’s Ferrari to play at the Lords cricket ground.
The film will be directed by Rajesh Mapuskar and will have Sharman Joshi and Boman Irani in the lead roles.
