Thiru's Samar starring Vishal and Trisha is again caught up in a problem with its title. Earlier titled Samaran, the film's name was changed to Samar after much brainstorming.
But, a person by name Sakthi Mohan claims to have already registered the title with the guild. In a statement he has said, "Pa Vijay, for one of his projects had registered the title. But, when I requested him for the title, he graciously withdrew his registration. Now, I wouldn't mind going to the court to retain it."
Samar also features Sunaina, Manoj Bajpai, JD Chakravarthy and Rajendran. Richard M Nathan cranks the camera and Yuvan Shankar Raja is doing the music for the film. Will the title change again? We will have to wait and watch.
