Saguni is the upcoming political satire starring Karthi and Praneetha in the lead roles. This movie is setting new trends, by getting highest ringtone downloads within a week of single track release.
Music composer GV Prakash is quite excited about vibes being made by the single track from Saguni, which was recently unveiled on Karthi’s birthday. The young music composer tweeted in his micro blogging site as, “2.5Lakhs ringtone downloads in just 7 days ... Happy that SAGUNI creating trends.” All the five tracks from Saguni album will be released today [June 2, 2012] by Suriya and Lingusamy at Sathyam Cinemas.
Debutant Shankar Dayal has helmed Saguni that casts Santhanam, Kota Srinivasa Rao and others in the important roles. Antony Xavier has produced Saguni under Dream Warrior Pictures banner that includes cinematography by P.G. Muthiah while A. Sreekar Prasad has handled the editing department among the technical crew.
