Thanga Meengal clash with Ponmaalai Pozhudhu

Ram directed Thanga Meengal will now hit the big-screens on July 26. Ram has also played the lead role in the movie along with few other debutants. Thanga Meengal will clash with Aadhav Kannadasan and Gayathri starrer Ponmaalai Pozhudhu at the Box-Office which is also slated for a release on same day. Ponmaalai Pozhudhu has completed its censor formalities and has acquired clean U certification from the board members. Thanga Meengal is produced by Gautham Menon on the banner of Photon Kathas in association with JSK Film Corporation. Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja and editing is by Sreekar Prasad. Child artist Sadhana will be seen as Ram’s daughter in the emotional drama. The film has acquired U certification.
