Young and beautiful actress Lakshmi Menon who is being credited as a lucky charm has turned singer with a upcoming Tamil film titled 'Oru Oorla Rendu Raja'.
D. Imman who has earlier introduced many new singers composed the song 'Ammadi Athhadi' sung by Lakshmi for OORR. The musician says, “I'm glad to introduce Lakshmi Menon as a singer. I was in search of a husky yet fresh voice for the song and thought of Lakshmi immediately, as she has sung in one of the promotional events of Kumki which was quite good.”
Many successful Kollywood stars such as Vijay, Simbu, Dhanush, Vikram, Shruti Haasan, Remya Nambeesan, Nithya Menon et al have rendered their vocals earlier and latest to join the bandwagon is Malayalam kutti Lakshmi Menon.
OORR is directed by Kannan featuring Vimal, Priya Anand and Soori in lead roles.
