Boney Kapoor, who worked with Ajith on his prior films Valimai and Nerkonda Paarvai, is financing Thunivu. Ghibran is the composer for the movie. Chilla Chilla and Kasethaan Kadavulada are the two songs from the film that have been released thus far by the creators. The upbeat tunes have already found their way onto Kollywood fans' playlists and have proven to be chart-toppers.
It will compete with Vijay's Varisu, which is preparing for a January 12 release. Rashmika Mandanna, who will portray the title role in the movie, is a co-star in Varisu. Vamshi Paidipally, a well-known director in Tollywood, is in charge of the bilingual play in Tamil and Telugu.
