Liam Hemsworth will take over as Geralt of Rivia from Henry Cavill in The Witcher, as had been previously stated. Henry Cavill's final participation in the dark fantasy series was guaranteed for season 3, but the showrunner has now shared her plans for the following season.
Lauren Hissrich recently stated in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that they are preparing a "Heroic send-off for Henry Cavill. We wish to correctly honour Henry's contributions because he has done so much to the programme.
Hissrich responded, "What is so amazing is that season 3 is to me, the closest thing that we've done as a one-to-one adaptation of the books, when asked what she found most exciting about the upcoming season "she claims.
