Trisha's career took off once more with the huge success of Ponniyin Selvan, and the actress is currently getting set for the release of Raangi, which was directed by Saravanan of Engeyum Eppodhum fame. The team is optimistic that audiences will enjoy the content of the movie when it opens on December 30.
"A lot of work has gone into making Raangi," Trisha added. The movie was filmed all throughout Uzbekistan, which has never been the setting for a Tamil movie before. It was challenging to adjust to the environment and do the shoot there, but Lyca Productions' assistance made it easier.
