The bank robbery comedy Thunivu, starring actor Ajith, is scheduled for a Pongal release on January 12, 2023, and is being presented internationally by Lyca Productions, who also produced Ajith's upcoming film after Thunivu. A mind-blowing advertising film was used to update the banner today, stating that an update would be made public on December 31, 2022, or this coming Saturday. It is important to note that Thunivu's debut trailer is also scheduled to premiere on same day.
Due to the actor Ajith's reputation for being a "dare-devil," Lyca Productions introduced this update with a skydiving video from Dubai.
H. Vinoth is the film's director, and Zee Studios and Bay View Projects, owned by Boney Kapoor, are the producers. The film also features Manju Warrier, Amir of Bigg Boss Tamil 5 fame, Pavani Reddy, and Ciby in addition to Ghibran's soundtrack. Ajith's criminals are played by Bhuvana Chandran, Samuthirakani, Bagavathi Perumal, actor Bala Saravanan, 'Pattimandram' Mohana Sundaram, Mahanadi Shankar, and other actors.
