The Kollywood box office is about to see a huge battle! Fans of Kollywood are thrilled as two of the biggest actors from the Tamil entertainment sector are scheduled to square off in January! There are numerous updates regarding this conflict on the internet, thus sensation is in no short supply. With the release of their upcoming films Varisu and Thunivu, respectively, Vijay and Ajith Kumar will square off for the first time in about eight years.
Prior to incident, the actors had an altercation with Jilla (Vijay) and Veeram in 2015. (Ajith). So, everyone is focused on this impending matchup. Additionally, it appears that the pay between Vijay and Ajith Kumar is much different. According to news sources, Vijay is paid Rs. 120 crore for Varisu, while Ajith Kumar is paid Rs. 70 crore for Thunivu. Even though there has been no formal confirmation of the performers' pay, the news is still generating headlines and has fans in a frenzy.
Speaking of the impending fight, the actors initially fought one other in 1996 for the roles of Poove Unakkaga for Vijay and Kalloori Vasal for Ajith. Their films Kushi (starring Vijay) and Unnai Kodu Ennai Tharuven (starring Ajith) clashed later in 2000. Ajith's Dheena and Vijay's Friends both debuted in 2001 around the same time, while in 2002 Vijay's Bagavathi and Ajith's Villain battled. In 2007, the movies Pokkiri and Alwar clashed.
Returning to Varisu and Thunivu, both movies are about to hit theatres to a lot of anticipation. The bilingual drama Varisu is in Tamil and Telugu. The film is produced by Tollywood's biggest producer, Dil Raju, and is directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The film, which stars Rashmika Mandanna in addition to Vijay, will be released on January 12. Manju Warrier plays the lead role in H Vinoth's film Thunivu, on the other hand. Boney Kapoor provided the funding, and the movie is scheduled to debut on January 11 in theatres.
