Actor Suriya, who just completed the works of his A R Murugadoss directed magnum opus ‘7aam Arivu’ has already started his next film. ‘Maatran’ is his next that he is doing with director K V Anand, who recently delivered a blockbuster movie ‘Ko’ with Jiiva.
The ‘Maatran’ crew is currently in Russia to have their shoot that will extend up to 22 days. They will have the shoot for some action sequences and other crucial scenes for the film. After their shoot in Russia the team would pack their baggage to America for another hectic schedule. Kajal Agarwal pairs Suriya in ‘Maatran’. The Suriya – K V Anand combo had already successfully worked in another big hit movie ‘Ayan’!
Suriya’s ‘7aam Arivu’ is releasing on this Diwali day. He does three different roles in the film – a Buddhist monk, a circus artist and a scientist. Shruti Hassan plays the female lead. After ‘Maatran’, the versatile actor will feature in director Hari’s next that is reported to be the combo’s super duper hit film ‘Singam’s sequel.
