Sivakarthikeyan's rural comedy in Manam Kothiy Paravai

Sivakarthikeyan's Pandiraj directed Marina was an enjoyable comedy that hit the bulls eye at the box-office. He started of as a Radio Jockey, and is now one of the most wanted actors in Kollywood. 

Sivakarthikeyan's is ready with his next film Anjaneyaa Movies' Manam Kothiy Paravai ( MKP) which is also the comeback film of director Ezhil, who has also co -produced the film along with his two friends Ranjiv Menon and M Satish.

Says Ezhil about his MKP scheduled to release on June 1, and coming several years after the release of his last Jayam Ravi starrer Deepavali : " MKP is a complete family entertainer which will keep people of all ages in splits all through. D Imman has given the music and we have a host of comedy artists which include Singampuli, Srinath, Chams, Venniradai Murthy and Ravi Mariya in a very different role."

Sivakarthikeyan and newcomer Aatmiya play the lead pair, in this film set in rural Mayavaram and Munnar. The story is about a youth who falls in love but has to resort to lying to attain his love. The antics and problems he gets into in the bargain make for hugely comic situations.

Newcomer Suraj Nallasami has handled the camera and the music by Imman is already creating waves after a recent audio launch.
