The grapevine has it that Murugadoss, who is gearing up for the release of his high-action mass film Thuppaki with Ilayathalapathy Vijay, is all set to direct his second venture in Bollywood.
And guess what, it is going to be one more remake — he is reportedly planning to remake Thuppaki in Hindi.
Sources said that Akshay Kumar, who is keen on working in south remakes, has been approached to reprise Vijay's role.
Asked if Vijay would do a cameo in the B'town film, like he had for Prabhu Deva in Rowdy Rathore, Murugadoss agreed that it would be a great idea, though, as of now, he hadn’t given it a thought.
The entire team is working at a rapid pace to complete Thuppaki, which has Kajal Agarwal as the Velayudham star's love interest.
